This Class Two Landfill Operator Continuing Education course is designed to focus on proper operation and compliance of construction and demolition debris landfills. LaBella Training teaches this 1-day course with approval from the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (DES), to improve operational practices at South Carolina landfills.
The course covers topics such as environmental stewardship, landfill roles and functions, efficient operation, checking incoming waste, financial and capacity planning, all of which are geared specifically to the construction and demolition debris landfill operator.
Note: This is not the annual SC DES Class 2 Operator course that is offered annually by SC DES. Having a Class 2 Certificate is not required to attend class.
