The 9-hour CPE/T course has been approved by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM). It serves as both continuing education and provides hours for initial certification. The requirement for successful completion of the course and to earn Alabama continuing education hours is attendance at all modules. This is a one-day, classroom course for operators of C&D, Industrial and MSW landfills. We cover technical, regulatory and operational requirements for landfills, with a special emphasis on the requirements that are unique under ADEM's Solid Waste Regulations.
