The North Carolina Certified Transfer Station Operator course has been approved by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality as a 1 day, 9-hour class, and is designed to improve operation of municipal solid waste transfer stations. Certification requires 10-hours of Continuing Education (or re-taking of this course) every three years.
